We aim to create hotels which have deep connections with the towns where they are located.
This involves incorporating the history and culture developed in the towns, along with the atmosphere created by the local residents, into our services and spaces as characteristics of each hotel.
We do not create our hotels in a uniform manner, rather, we create each one with care and serious consideration toward each town.

In addition to assisting with the operation of hotels by maximizing our know-how cultivated over many years, we also exchange ideas and opinions with owners who wish to build a new hotel from scratch, or who are considering renovating an existing hotel. This enables us to propose the optimum plan, from construction and design, to service details.

Collaborating with other industries and using our original approach enables highly efficient hotel operation with high added value.

We support owners’ hotel operation by lending Solare’s hotel brand and know-how.

Customer referral support business
Solare’s highly experienced sales team supports sales activities in the travel agency and corporate sectors.
Furthermore, we use the Solare portal site, which has a customer organization of 800,000, to strengthen support.

We plan the maximization of the real estate value of hotels, including tenant management centered on leasing.

We manage and supervise the hotel operation business, and extract hotel asset value to the maximum.
